The community project aims to produce compost and vermicompost for agricultural purpose through domestic and non-domestic waste and manure. in doing so, the project reduces the waste collection and disposal, and the project promotes healthy practices to the community in reduced costly way to the community in general; the project will improve the livelihoods of the targeted community through income generating activities; the by-product (compost) of waste recycling is rich and fertile for soil improvement and marketable at the community level.
