Project Planning Community Economic Strengthening Participatory Watershed Water In Bengkulu
GOAL
Saving Bengkulu River ecosystem in order to ensure the sustainability of the sources of livelihood of the people in the water catchment area of Bengkulu.

OBJECTIVES
Objective 1 : Collecting data and information about the condition of the ecosystem and socio-economic conditions of people in the water catchment area of Bengkulu.
Indicators : The data and information sufficient to form the basis for the preparation of watershed ecosystem Air rescue plan Bengkulu.
Activities :
1. Hearings with key stakeholders in the city of Bengkulu and Bengkulu Central.
Activities hearings with the City and County government is the initial activity of the entire right rangkaikan activities are conducted. Hearing the activities carried out in the first and second weeks in I. Activities aiming to gain the support of the relevant stakeholders. Some key stakeholders that will be encountered is Ketahun Hall, Environment Agency, Forestry, Mining and Energy and Mineral Resources, Department of Industry and SMEs, the Department of Agriculture. Hearing this activity will be implemented by the TIM Work designated by EIA BT Bengkulu.
2. Bengkulu River railing for updating field conditions
In order to obtain data and information, the team will conduct field observations directly on the river edge activities. Susur river activities carried out for 2 months by field visits in the villages in the upstream and downstream DAS Air Bengkulu.

Objective 2 : Planning to Shared the rescue of Bengkulu River ecosystem to ensure the sustainability of livelihoods in the Bengkulu Basin Water.
Indicators : The existence of a joint action plan document rescue Bengkulu River ecosystem to ensure the sustainability of livelihoods in the water catchment area of Bengkulu.
Activities : Planning Workshop
The workshop was performed by 1 (one), will be held in the city of Bengkulu times. This activity is performed for 3 days on the 4th month involved about 50 participants this workshop will be attended by representatives of the community at the upstream and downstream DAS Air Bengkulu, related agencies, and academia.

EXPECTED OUTPUT
1. Data and the latest information about the condition of the watershed ecosystem Air Bengkulu.
2. Joint action plan document rescue Bengkulu River ecosystem to ensure the sustainability of livelihoods in the Bengkulu Basin Water.
3. documentation of activities.

PARTICIPANTS AND / OR PROJECT BENEFICIARIES
Direct : population of 271 401 souls in the water catchment area of Bengkulu, including 1,211 farmer members of 32 families members of P3A (Farmer Water User Association).
There Concerned Citizens Forum Das Air Bengkulu (Formas PDAB) consisting of 24 households. There are 50 participants who will participate in the workshop, consisting of 10 women and 40 men.
Indirect : Approximately 99 855 people (51 580 men, 48 275 women) in Central Bengkulu and 313 324 inhabitants (159,735 men, 153,589 women) in the city of Bengkulu, the population around the water catchment area of Bengkulu. Government of Bengkulu and Bengkulu Central, taps and related agencies in the Department of the city of Bengkulu and Bengkulu Central.
