Prevention of land degradation of 10 hectares of land in Kara-Koyun gorge of Shadykan aiyl okmotu, Bakai-Ata rayon, Talas oblast by mountain planting of local species of trees and shrubs as well as of species included in the Red Book of Kyrgyzstan, fencing and organization of irrigation.
The concept of the project consists of planting saplings in the territory of 2 hectares for strengthening the slopes as well as demonstration of irrigation system, which is based on collection of water from springs in the territory of 10 hectares into specially equipped storage basin with further redistribution of it.
