Accelerated restoration of fertility of long time irrigated lands of South Kazakhstan with use of “green” technologies
The project aims to demonstrate "green" technologies for accelerated recovery of the degraded lands through planting of adapted species and varieties of perennial grasses, introduction of water-saving irrigation techniques, and creation of service-counsuling center to demonstrate and replicate successful practice of "green" technologies in irrigated agriculture areas.
