Msalura School reforestation and perma-culture project
Msalura LEA Primary School is a large standard 1-8 school with over 1700 pupils. It is situated along the Lilongwe to Salima road and has a catchment of mainly rural subsistence farmer communities. Recently the land has become increasingly degraded and drought-prone due to erosion during flooding and rising temperatures.

Objectives:
-To produce a positive impact on the local environment
-To improve food security
-To generate opportunities for rural income generation
-To develop the Msalura Primary School as an education CBO, with the capability to participate in the planning, development and implementation of innovative project proposals.
