The main mission of the project is to combat climate change and demonstrate the methods of energy consumption optimization and reduction in small towns of Ukraine. The project is going to achieve its objective by implementation of the following activities: - conduct research on energy consumption in the towns; - develop and launch a software that is accessible via a web interface to monitor energy costs in buildings of the public sector; - conduct a "field" testing of the software in three city councils in order to eliminate meaningful and ergonomic shortcomings; - transfer of software contains to the selected town councils; - conduct training for energy managers who will receive the software for free use; - conduct research on the dynamics of energy consumption reduction using developed software.
