The project is aimed to combat climate change and reduce GHG emissions by development and implementation of effective energy management system in the small towns of Ukraine. The project is going to achieve its objective by implementation of the following activities: - research and analyze information about the best practices of energy management in the most energy efficient cities in Ukraine and formulate a universal methodology for implementing an energy management system in the town; - create an on-line interactive practical manual "Effective energy management system in the town" that contains practical guidelines on implementation of effective energy measures including job descriptions, organizational charts, project administrative decisions, software, etc.; - develop and conduct training course for newly appointed energy managers to establish efficient operation of energy management based on existing best practices.
