Model Nursery for Endemic Forest Trees
Al Shajarah Society aims at becoming the main advocate for strategies, policies, plans and programs aimed at increasing and enhancing areas covered by trees and forests in Jordan and managed to plant 30.000 tree in 9 different forests.

the project will work on developing a model nursery of endemic forest trees and provide with all required tools, capacity building of staff of one of the close by nurseries to the project location and develop a system to monitor effectiveness of nurseries in the whole country.

Promoting Public Awareness of Global Environment
During project implementation a case study will be conducted about the nursery model to act as observation model for other nurseries also number of publications and guidance brochures about the model will be distributed.
Notable Community Participation
During the project needs assessment of local community will be conducted by the NGO before include them in required capacity building workshops.
