Decrease of energy consumption through thermo-modernization of multifamily residential building in Karaganda
Project aim is to demonstrate the energy efficiency and other benefits of major repairs with thermo-modernization of multifamily residential building to apartment owners, government, Cooperatives of Apartments Owners.
Major repairs with thermo-modernization of basement, entrance hall, roof will allow to decrease heat energy consumption by 35% and reduce 139,8 t of CO2 emission per year. Apartment owners will gain payback of private investments in 6-10 years and gain financial benefit after that.
Project results will be widely disseminated among interested parties, CAO, government structures.
