In addition, gender issues will be taken into consideration for the participation of both men and women even during the exhibitions.

They will be involved in the inception meeting of this project to finalize the planning and design of the projectespecially the knowledge fair where they need to come and exhibit their products. Communities will be consulted in the selection of issues to be in the knowledge products. They will be part of the video productions. Communities will be involved in the arrangements of exchange visits as their projects will be the ones to be visited by SGP and partners.Communities will help in providing lessons they have learnt as they were implementing these projects which will be useful for replication and scaling up.
