This project will provide solar PV kits for families living in remote mountain communities in the southern part of Albania. Due to migration to urban areas and lack of subsidies from the state, small communities are becoming ?not sustainable? and get involved in vicious circle of denial of service from the society ultimately speeding up the abandonment of these settlements and overcrowding of urban areas. The project aims to provide basic access to electricity for lighting and mobile phone charge for communication.
