residents? activities on the forest through creation of alternative livelihood activities. In achieving this aim, community residents will be given knowledge in enterprise development. Below is the implementation planned:

a. Stakeholders? consultation and awareness carry out in targeted communities. These activities will be intended to provide information to the targeted project population in order to get them involved and participate in the implementation of the proposed project.
b. Identify interest communities and organize target groups (one group per village; ideally around 10 ? 12 persons per group).
c. Organization of training of local communities in Market Analysis and Development to enable them gain knowledge in developing enterprises.
d. Organize study tours for community entrepreneurs to make-outlets.
e. Support the participatory selection and characterization of productive activities, target markets and resource supply areas.
f. Organize the market studies for the entrepreneurs in project communities.
g. Liaise with all the stakeholders for the participatory development of community-based enterprise development plan in each pilot site.
h. Organize the required technical, organizational and business trainings; support the training of the target groups in business planning skills at community level to optimize the application of limited financial capital and sustainable use of limited natural capital.
i. Establish better linkages to markets, service providers (including micro credit and trainings) and between small producers themselves.
j. Grant a continuous support to pilot enterprises and actively monitoring the implementation.

Notable Community Participation
An in-depth consultation has already taken place, with discussions beginning in 2013 with community and stakeholders representative. This proposal has evolved as a direct result of that consultation process and a pre-project development visit which was undertaken from September by the project team .
Promoting Public Awareness of Global Environment
Knowledge transfer and capacity building based on personal involvement of local people are at the heart of this project and hence dissemination is an integral aspect of what is planned.
