Helping nature we help ourselves!
Project goal ? Involvement of young people with disabilities of Brest into the process of climate change negative impact reduction by dissemination of information about the negative impact of climate change, creation of demonstration sites, informational campaigning and thematical theatrical productions.

Project tasks:
Task 1: Create demonstration sites for campaigning: preparation of technical plan and creation of ?ecological path" - a multi-day cycling route, accessible for participants with disabilities, the renovation of the heating system camp "Sputnik" with solar collectors in order to reduce CO2 emissions.
Task 2: The organization of environmental education activities by Brest PA "Invalid and environment" - preparation of the environmental performance of "special theater ", with participation of people with disabilities; bicycle tours; conducting 2 environmental marathons "Helping nature we help ourselves!" on general and specialized schools Brest region.
Task 3: Ensure information dissemination about the activities Brest PA "Invalid and Environment" during the project "Helping nature we help ourselves!" among wide audience, to ensure sustainability of the results.

Expected results
Created demonstration sites - technical plan prepared and "ecological path" is in place - cycling route, where people with disabilities can use on an equal basis with the local population and tourists.
Heating system of camp "Sputnik" is changed with the use of solar collectors, decreasing the amount of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.
Conducted 2 environmental marathons "Helping nature help ourselves!" Environmental Biosphere Reserve "Pribuzhskoye Woodlands" to inform the local population on climate change negative impact
At least 300 students from 5 Brest schools participated in the activities of the project; information is disseminated via local mass media and Internet.
