The primary aim of the planning grant is to collecting data and information for developed models; to getting consultations from community; to organizing a workshop with related stakeholders for contributing to project planning in pursuit of writing full project proposal. Detailed activities include (i) Conducting assessment in 2 communes to collect data and related information on local social and economic development plan, related policies in the locality (ii) Designing and adjusting the models (iii) Organizing meeting to get consultation from community on planning project (iv) Organizing meetings in the locality and workshop amongst stakeholders including community, local government at the commune, district levels about the project (v) Writing the full project proposal besed on data collection and ideas from community and local government.
