Demonstration of thermo-modernization elements of the multifamily residential building as a pre-requisite to reduce energy consumption in small residential areas
Project aims to demonstrate option of reducing the energy consumption in small residential areas by thermo-modernization elements of the multifamily residential building.
Complex repair of multifamily residential building will include change of old wooden window cases for energy-efficient ones (to decrease heat loss via windows), installation of automatic individual heat point (allows to regulate the heat), replacement of the valve pipes of heating system and installation of balance valve on ascending pipes for even heat distribution. (Part of this will be done on government funds, part on residents and part by grant)
These measures will help to decrease CO2 emission by 536 tons per year.
