GOAL
Creating the environmental protection for semau island
OBJECTIVES
Objective 1 : The Strengthening and learning the local leader and the main social innovators in local government and district to build the vision together with environmental protection in Semau Island .
Indikator : 1. The existing 40-50 local leader and social innovator from 5 villages that have the vision together.
2. There are 40-50 local leader and social innovator from 5 villages that have vision together and road map that including the environmental protection in Semau Island
Activities : 1. Conducting the local leaders, social innovators and the organization with focus discussion with the stakeholder about the environmental protection
2. The vision together about the environmental protection
3. The facilitation and lobbying
4. The socialization and environmental creative action workshop
5. Supporting to community creative action
Objective 2 : Creation the model of environmental protection (ecosystem, biodiversity and nature resources) in 5 villages
Indicators : 1. Existing 5 community group/ forum that drive the environmental protection in 5 village
2. Existing 100 people the dtakeholder in 5 villages to increase the capacity in environmental protection
3. Protecting 50-100 hectare forest and that used
4. Protecting the 2 kilometers coastal beach line (coastal, sea, and coral reef) and that used as natural in around the west of semau island
5. Existing the agreement in the community level or written agreement in church level or local government for the effort of environmental protection in 5 village
Activities : 1. Conducting the Environmental Management workshop in 5 village
2. Conducting the writing about the activity about forest rescue and beneficiaries
3. Conducting the recording the activity of the seascape protection and the beneficiaries
4. The workshop of creating the village regulation about environmental protection
5. Lobbying and local government facilitation
6. Lobbying and government facilitation to include the environmental management planning in RPJMDes
7. Conducting the socialization local regulation, the head of churcg and the head of community to environmental protection
Objective 3 : The Documentation of the success story and studying from the management of environmental protection
Indicators : 1. Existing the meeting among all organization that involve in this program
2. The existing publishing documentation and audio visual about all the process and activity
Activities : 1. the monitoring visit in 3 months by the principal officer
2. the learning documentation
3. the celebration and the end of project learning
EXPECTED OUTPUTS
1. There is a shared vision and a road map which is used in the overall protection of the environment in arbitrarily Island
2. Sustainable governance institutions supported by the various stakeholders in environmental protection efforts in the island Semau
3. The Expansion various creative innovations related to environmental protection in the island Semau
4. Existence agreements and regulations at the community and village level governing environmental protection in Semau Island

Replication of project activities
1. Establishment of 4 groups / teams / forum peggerak environmental protection in 5 villages 2. 100 stakeholders in 4 villages increased capacity in environmental protection 3. Workshop on environmental management in four villages which include themes: ? forest management and protection and conservation of local perennials for the protection and improvement of the environment ? protection of coastal and marine areas ? waste management ? eye protection and conservation of water springs 4. The existence of initiatives and creative activities in the four villages that are supported by this program
Policy Influence
1. The existence of a number of agreements at the level of the tribe or written rules on the level of the church or village government for environmental protection efforts in 4 villages 2. Lobbying and facilitate the village government, church and tribal leaders to make a deal and regulations to protect forests, among others: set criteria that prohibit felling large trees and replanting of trees, especially around water sources and introduced tree planting as a pre-requisite administrative civic, church and part of the common law system. 3. Lobbying and facilitate the village government, tribal leaders and church leaders and an audience with the district government to make rules and allocation of village funds for environmental protection
