GOAL
Finding More the local knowledge in sustainability natural resources to involve the community that support the conservation and protect the biodiversity

OBJECTIVES
Objective 1
: Improving the local natural resources in natural conservation bases n community
Indicators : 1. Existing 6 the community agency to know about program concept in IKA
2. Existing 30 people of community member who agreed in strategy planning program in Tanoker community
3. There will be 6 biogas instalation (1 instalation for 4 families) in Tanoker community and they could have the organic fertilizer in Tanoker Community
4. There will be 30 demo plot the catfish ponds and vegetable garden in Tanoker
5. Availability of 2,500 vegetable seed and 45,000 baby catfish in Tanoker
6. 30 farmer in Tanoket would conducted the comparative study to Surabaya, Bondowoso and Bli
7. 30 community member in Tanoker that wouls make the organic fertolixer
8. there will be one greenhouse to planting the vegetable seed and 1 pond for catfish nursery in Tanoker
9. There will be 2 ricefield demo plot and 8 catfish pond in Tanoker
10. Existing 30 community members that known about the poriduction process and marketing in Tanoker
11. There will be 5 cages in Ngargomulyo village that using as educational media for student and 10 kinds of animals that detachable wild in Orca
12. There will be 120 emelemtary student in Ngagormulyo that known about farming culture and in aroud Orca
13. There will be 6 times condervation workshop for youth and elementary studeng in Orca
14. There will be 2 video documentation in Orca
Activities : Tanoker
1. Conducting the biogas instalation
2. Conducting the waste management for dirt shelter for cow from biogas waste to organic fertilizer
3. Planting the vegetable seed in polybag organic
4. Making the catfish ponds that used by cow impurities as fertilizer/ planting media
5. Conducting the demo plot in rice field and catfish pond and comparating study to organic farming location
6. Workshop of Making organic fertilizer
7. Workshop of making organic planting and catfish
Orca
1. procurement of the seed for conservation
2. procurement of the sanctuary
3. Conducting the demo plot o rice field and livestock
4. Two times of conservation workshop for youth that include by preparing the conservation knowledge, animal observation, river and forest
5. 2 conservation documenter video as a information and knowledge media
6. 12 months facilitation to teacher when ongoing program
Objective 2 : Improve the capacity for community in managing program IKA
Indicators : 1. There will be 3 manager in community that managing program
2. There will be 60 members of community who participated on monitoring dan evaluasi
3. There will be operational supporting to conductong the secretariat functional
4. There will be one teacher who will be facilitated adn live in around community
Activities : 1. Three times technical assistant in each community
2. Three times limited discussion in community to conducting the monitoring and evaluation with the community member
3. 2 times workshop in learning forum among community
EXPECTED OUTPUTS
1. Build the organic farming community group that would have the knowledge about farming organic system
2. Conduct the organic farming community group that facilitated community in organic farming system in area district Ledokombo
3. Reducing the using of chemistry that makes the immunity for land
4. Implementing the regulation village about conservation that would doing real through education
5. Existence 2 schools that would be a model of conservation concept and environmental knowledge for children
6. Community Support to educational teal that would facilitated in order to be strongly
