GOAL
Create At Thariq Boarding School Community as a ecology knowledge center and conducted in sustainibility that made the student have an ecological knowledge

OBJECTIVES
Objective 1
: Collecting, Producing and spreading the local crops to support the community local food and adding the biodiversity.
Indicators : 1. Existing one of crops breedding in 8,500 meters squares that involve to used by 50 farmers in 3 villagges and 2 boarding schools near At thariq.
2. Existing the study about producing the mineral fertilizer that supported with the photostory as a document
3. Existing the simple biogas instalation from bufallo farms
4. There will be 7 ponds that used by aquaculture system
5. There will be the demostration plot of herbal garden that usually consume (50 kind of herbal plant)
6. There will be 20 kind of vegetables that consumed everyday
7. Existing the the farmer that specialist to plant the carbo plant
8. All the Atthariq community could produce the sugar independently
9. Atthariq could produce the organic fertilization in a month/10 box for all demo plot
10. Attariq have 50 kind of herbal plant in demo plot
Activities : 1. Managing the land about 8,500m2 intensively
2. Capacity building workshop for community management ini sustainability farming
3. Capacity building workshop for building the biogas utility
4. Capacity building workshop for aquaculture system management
5. Capacity building workshop for woman in planting of the herbal medicine
6. Finding the 20 vegetable local crops
7. Producing the local micro-organism
Objective 2 : Creating the young generation that have the ecological knowledge and sustainability knowledge management that have the high local wisdom
Indicators : 1. Existing the of ecological curiculum as modul of educational activity
2. Creating 10 fasilitator that have ecological knowlege
3. Find the 10 woman chairman from 3 boarding school and 3 local farming organizing for study about the sustainability knowledge management
4. Existing the model about the Farming system knowledge management
5. Making the herbal drinking product (50 sachet herbal drinking in a month), 100 sachet the crops (in 3 monthly), 100 baby duck (in 2 monthly) and 20 sachet Koscing (organic fertilizer) in 2 month)
Activities : 1. The school activity everyday, exception saturday and sunday
2. Capacity building workshop for ecological teacher
3. Capacity building workshop for green enterpreunership community
4. Cooperation with the STKIP Garut
5. Cooperation with the Ministry of environment for adiwiyata education programme
6. Making the network line with the school that have environmental programme (Adi Wiyata School)
7. Sustainability Farming Workshop for 3 Boarding school and 3 local farming organization
8. Facilitation to the woman leader from 3 Boarding school and 3 local farming organization to develop the sustainability farming system
9. At Thariq invited the learning center network (Farming organization, NGP and indigenous community
10. Making the herbal product, producing the baby duck, and koscing (organic fertilizer)
EXPECTED OUTPUTS
1. Strengthen the community role as the spearhead in Ecological School in Indonesia
2. Increasing the movement of the ecological school in Indonesia where that school as apart of the the network of the At Thariq Boarding School as learning Process
3. At Thariq have the model or materi as a guiding or reference for another the ecological school
4. At thariq will being a school for another managing of ecological school in all over Indonesia.

Direct : Women : 75 school Manager and the student of At Thariq Boarding school
Men : 45 school manager and the student of At Thariq Boarding school
Indirect : 1. 15 Women group in Kebun Sawah House (The Herbal Tea Maker)
2. 50 student as seed sower in At Thariq Boarding School
