Planning Grant to develop a proposal entitled “Empowering Santa Teresa, Solar Energy for a Village in Southern Belize.”
The planning grant will be used to ensure participation of all households in the planning and development of the project, to establish the Power Board in the village, to survey the households to determine which system each household will want, and to prepare the full proposal.
