Support Biodiversity conservation of Lagodekhi Protected Areas through Development of Protection and Research - Monitoring Program
Support biodiversity conservation at Lagodekhi Protected Areas, enforcement of the security of the protected area through resetting of fire route with length of 10 km; rehabilitation of hygine point near ranger's existing shelter; establish new shelter for rangers (Kudigora mnt., 2200 m. from the sea level); enforce rangers capabilities and equipment through trainings and provision of new equipment, establishment of new patrol routes; establish modern methods of monitoring and biodiversity research through provision if modern techniques and equipment; introduction of modern system of monitoring biodiversity and poachers through introduction of "hot spots", mapping, preparation and sharing of interactive maps and online monitoring, establish puclic school-based mobile eco clubs and enrolling them in minor activities of the administration of the protected areas.

Notable Community Participation
1. Support of the Administration of Lagodekhi Protected Areas in organizing training sessions ans project presentations in their premisses for free of charhe; 2. Ordinary people (guides) employed in the tourism field in Lagodekhi District 3. Lagodekhi public School #5 and Telavi State University sreated ecoclubs on their own bases (minimum 4 ecoclubs); 4. Involvement of the Administration staff of Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park and Tusheti Protected Areas in practical training and coaching of the project beneficiaries.
Significant Participation of Indigenous Peoples
According to the specific character of the project, there is not expected to have high number of participants from the side of indigenous people, but due to information sharing, knowledge delivery and dissemination, some kind of indirect significancy can be expected, displayed in "no harm" attitude towards nature and environment.
