Community population is seriously involved in project implementation. Despite initial minor problems connected with lack of information, community members bring their own service to the project for free.

Elder class pupil of public schools of the community and local population will be participating in project activities. They are provided with relevaant trainings for awareness raising in the field of ecology. As a result, the most proactive participants of the trainings are leading in monitoring of conducted works and implemented activities. Public school eco clubs are made aware of the information on geo-ecolocical situation of the villages of Ananuri Community, also, they are informed about ecologically clean agro - production, actions against land degradation (erosion), in global effect of conservation of biodiversity that remains one of the main objectives of the project. The population will be given different materials, e.g. booklets, flyers, one-pagers explaning reasons of land degradation and means of prevention, influence of global climste change on georgian nature and preventive means, socio-economic impact of development of beekeeping and means of its' development.

The project is considering inclusion of borh men and women in the project implementation process; men mostly are busy with hard field activities (land processing for tree plants, which needs physical power) and women are involved in easy agricultural works. inclusion of both men amd women is considered in monitoring activities of the project. Expected benefits will be equally shered by all members of the community.
