Planning project aims at developing a full-fledged project on designing and creating of a universal platform (web portal) with the use of modern information and communication technologies to provide various services to farmers, small businesses, private and family businesses, and generally create favorable conditions on the development of interactive services to all segments of consumers.
Special questionnaire will be developed to hold presentation of the web portal and conduct polls in four regions of Uzbekistan (Samarkand, Kashkadarya, Syrdarya and Tashkent) and receive outcomes on the structure of the portal, its functional opportunities etc.
