SORUDA Build Resilience to Climate Change Project aims to contribute to climatic change mitigation through sustainable land use and biodiversity conservation by creating mass awareness and disseminating information on land conservation, sustainable use and management, building capacity of local community members in establishment and management of tree plantations, adaptation of environmentally friendly technologies and practices with minimum effects on climate change, and promoting alternative income generation enterprises that are reliant on natural resources for better community livelihoods in the targeted communities of Orungo and Morungatuny Sub-counties in Amuria district
