a) Primary Objective:
Increasing the green public spaces present in Beirut.
b) Specific Objectives:
1. To convene and train a Horsh Beirut Action team to lead the advocacy effort
2. To open Horsh Beirut to the general public or receive a clear and realistic timeline from the Beirut municipality on the opening of the park.
3. Clarification of the legal status of Horsh Beirut by the State Consultative Council
