On the basis of national legislation and provisions of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants and the Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Wastes and their Disposal ? determination of contractual framework, organizational and logistic schemes for the collection, packaging and disposal outside the Republic of Belarus of PCB-containing wastes.
