The project seeks to forge cooperation among civil society organizations and cooperatives through: 1) helping herders, herder CBOs and other local residents in rural areas start activities in the tourism sector, 2) increasing their additional income opportunities by connecting local business with the tourism sector, 3) helping agricultural businesses connect ith tour operators through providers of goods and services, and 4) increasing the contribution of tourism to the sustainable management of natural resources.
