1. The Committee of management of the project into which representatives of Satellite of Kyrgyzstan fund, activists from local population, the GEF SGP NSC member of Batken Province, the representative of UNDP, representatives of local authorities entered was created;
2. Building materials were purchased and the special track (a ladder with a handrail) for tourists for climbing the mountain, and also an observation platform was organized;
3. The decoration plan and elements of design (sketches and drawings) with involvement of the artist and master in scenery was developed.
4. Along the ascending track 6 benches with canopies are placed, and also the 6th benches are placed on an observation platform.
5. To an observation platform the gravel path about 300 m long and 2-2,5 m wide is equipped.
6. In the territory of the wildlife area 4 arbors and 14 ballot boxes for the centralized collecting garbage were placed.
7. In the territory of the wildlife area the nursery on cultivation of aigul flower was created.
8. The cordon for protection of the wildlife area is expanded (on the basis of the metal container).
9. The cordon is equipped with a solar water-heating collector.
10. 10 thematic stands with information about aigul flower in Russian, Kyrgyz and English languages were developed and established in the territory of the wildlife area.
11. Boards about the GEF SGP project to Batken and the village of Aygul-Tash, 2 indexes (on the route and on turn), and also the general panel about the botanical wildlife area about the central entrance were established.
12. Research about opportunities of income -generation activities for the population of the village of Aygul Tash, including for women was conducted.
13. Information meetings with local population were held (the general informing on the project, a master class in development of ecotourism, a master class in development of crafts, presentation in preservation of Red Book views of Batken Province, a meeting in scheduling of preparation for a tourist season and opening).
14. The nursery on cultivation of aigul flower and the small museum at local school was created.
15. The opening ceremony of the wildlife area was carried out (together with UNDP in Kyrgyzstan and the State Agencyof the nature protection and forestry of KR. ).
16. Results of the project were covered in mass media and on online resources.
