Capacity - Building Component
Awareness session on climate change and need for project to key stakeholders -- an awareness session will be held for the larger community of Mahibadhoo as well as hospital staff targeting 50 participants (50% women and 50% youth) focusing on climate change.
Gender Focus
Awareness sessions and trainings special attention will be given to equal opportunity to men and women to participate. Energy will be promoted as a potential area of employment for women with awareness on women increasingly taking jobs in renewable energy sector.
