Preparation of SGP Country Program Strategy for Operational Phase-6?, The SGP 6th Operational Phase (OP6) will be implemented from 2015 to 2018. The key element of SGP?s implementation in OP6 is the development of landscape / seascape approaches, which is an integrated way of working at scale, liking biodiversity conservation, sustainable livelihoods, food sovereignty and resilience. SGP ? OP6 will focus on supporting and coordinating concrete actions at the grassroots level and will review, analyze and codify results of these on-the-ground actions to distill and disseminate lessons that can be used for replication within the country in other part of the world.
The Future Generation Afghanistan (FGA) is submitting this project documents to UNDP to indicates its interest for developing the OP6 of SGP County Program Strategy for Afghanistan. The project consists of literatures review, multi-stakeholder consultations, development / conducting baseline assessment of priority identified landscape, and finally elaboration of the Country Program Strategy in close coordination with the SGP?s National Coordinator and National Steering Committee in Afghanistan.
