The project aims to ensure that the priorities and perspectives of Underserved/vulnerable people are embedded in the country?s negotiating positions for COP 21; raise awareness among government representatives and policy makers of the impact climate change is having on Underserved/vulnerable peoples in the country, and of the contributions these same communities are making to climate change mitigation and adaptation; strengthen relationships and foster trust and understanding between Underserved/vulnerable peoples and the national government; advance the possibility of government supporting Underserved/vulnerable peoples participation in COP 21 by inviting their representatives onto their national delegations.
