Optimalization of critical land management at Tenganan village
Project goals or objective (including GEF problem area addressed by project) :
Short term objectives :
1. To transfer other village?s traditional law in preserving forest to Dauh Tukad area.
To rehabilitate burned forest on Dauh Tukad area.
Long term objectives :
1. To improve land management system efficiently and preserve the land resources.
2. To improve the land productivity to increase comunity?s economic welfare.
3. To optimalize the benefit of existence water resources.
4. To improve local community participation on poverty alleviation and environmental preservation.
Activities to be carried out under project :
1. Identifying land texture and shape to determine species or trees to be planted;
2. Establishing water resources in order to sustainthe forest existence;
3. Planting hard trees to rehabilitate the burned forest.

1. Dauh Tukad community.
2. Distinguished person from Tenganan Penggringsingan.
3. Manikaya Kauci Staff.
