“Development OP6 Country Programme Strategy in Belarus”
Project goal Development SGP GEF Belarus CPS for the GEF OP6: 2015-2018
Project tasks:
1 Strategic session with civil society organizations (Minsk).
2. Conduct the first cycle of meetings with key stakeholders.
3 Visits to Mogilev region: meetings with SCOs, key stakeholders and persons taking decisions at the local level. Data analysis. Development of the preliminary strategy.
4. Expert consultations on GEF thematic areas in the determined region. Development of strategic initiatives in the SGP OP6. Development of model indicators, objectives and results.
5. Meeting and presentation of the preliminary conclusions to key stakeholders. Receiving feedback and comments
6. Development of draft GEF SGP strategy as an integrated document.
7. Presentation of the draft strategy to National Coordinator and National Steering Committee for consideration and editing.
8. Translation of the approved final version of the strategy into English and submission it to CPMT.

1. The final version of the GEF SGP CPS is approved by CPMT and enters into force
