SGP 6th Operational Phase Country Programme Strategy Development process to undertake the following activities:

? Gather and disseminate information on best practices based on successful GEF funded projects;
? Stakeholder involvement, placing emphasis on local communities, local government, grass root organizations and other stakeholders;
? Alignment of GEF-SGP-OP-6 country prgramme strategy with national priorities, policies, strategies, national sustainable development efforts and Jordainian Coutry Strategy; and
? Contribute to GEF M&E activities concerning to the development/adoption and dissemination of best practices and lessons learned
? Development of a country strategy for Palestine that would support GEF-SGP country team in its efforts to develop a landscape /seascape strategy that will guid grant making.
