Forest strips to be established around the crop fields will protect the soil against wind and negative environmental effects, create a micro climate by increasing the heat balance of the crop fields and create conditions for relatively high yield on small plots of land.

Each forest strips will reduce loss of evaporated moisture from soil surface and plants by reducing wind speed in a certain amount of space. By spreading surface snow relatively evenly, the forest strip also offers the benefit of protecting soil from frost.

The main benefit of the forest strip is that it allows to produce stably high yield from agricultural plants under adverse climatic conditions. Forest strips will be established around the crop fields in the above soums for the latter?s protection. When the crown of the forest strip thickens and reaches 2-3 meters, it starts to contribute to increasing agricultural plants yield.

A forest strip should consist of willows and aspens in view of their growth ability and suitability as well as a certain number of fruit trees and bushes. The state of the local land?s surface and the prevailing wind direction will be taken into account. Each forest strip will be established along the length of the crop field for the latter?s protection in the prevailing wind direction.
