Planning Grant to Develop a Proposal Titled: "Sustainable Solar Energy in Santa Elena"
The planning grant will be used to support the women barefoot engineers as they leave for training in India, to establish the power board in the village, to ensure participation of all households in the project, to conduct a learning trip to Santa Teresa, to survey the households to determine which system each household will want, to meet with Ministry of Energy and CCCCC, and to prepare the full proposal.
