1. To conduct research on biodiversity audit and status of village marine area and other natural ecosystems present near reserve area such as spring pools, coastal plants etc.
2. To conduct post marine survey and Perception Survey of MPA other threatened natural ecosystems within the no take zone
3. To produce a management plan that is user friendly for the villagers to properly manage its protected ecosystems
4. To conduct capacity building seminars for villages
5. To procure materials, equipments and services for research, management plans activities and waste management materials
