Developing knowledge and capacity building to the local community are very important; particularly the result of survey on impact of chemical fertilizer use will be able to provide essential information to the target village. Due to the majority of Lek, Kapeu, Chounla and xatour villagers, Thateng district, Xekong Province are farmers, but they lack knowledge on chemical fertilizer use in their agriculture activities. The environmental condition in this area is in degradation such river and air pollution are widely, villagers have to live with environment changing: from clean river to river polluted, from fresh air to air polluted. Villagers and especially the children are got side effect by direct and indirect ways, which result to their health problems. The aim of project is to be a good model for people in the community to follow, especially young people, as it will be rising awareness on how to deal with safety agricultural production for the consumers and producers
