This project focuses on a strategic risk reduction investment with development potential that targets likely future damage to downtown Delap?s coast, costal infrastructure and marine assets as the result of inundations, hurricanes, cyclones and typhoons. A strategically placed harbor is proposed in this project that will create a safe, protected area complete with dock space for local boat owners and space or the community at-large.
