Project goal:
Conduct a training and workshop on organic farming for the farmers in the Molluca island who have limited area of cultivation.


Project objective :
1. To transfer of knowledge on environmentally friendly farming;
2. To give a better land management to farmers for efficient utilization of limited fields;
3. To reduce the practices of moving cultivation;
4. To reduce the usage of inorganic fertilizer in cultivation
5. To utilize local and available resource for farming purposes.


Activities to be carried out under the project :
1. Preparation.
a) Training module preparation;
b) Land preparation;
c) Local varieties identification;
d) Socialization of the study.

2. Local training and education in the field.
a) Organic farming techniques;
b) Saplings preparation and preservation;
c) Land management.

3. Outreach Approach.
a) Transfer of knowledge in organic farming;
b) Training module establishment;
c) Demoplot establishment for practical training purposes.

4. Technical Assistance.
a) Organic farming;
b) Utilization of organic fertilizer;
c) Land management.

5. Evaluation and Reporting.
