The proposed intervention will be supportive to reforestation and decrease environment degradation in the area.
Objective:
To involve communities especially women in environment friendly practices

Specific Objectives:
Involvement of all stakeholders especially local authorities and communities are aware of environmental issues
Provision of Insolated Metallic Stoves to 400 households

Following are major activities which will be conducted in proposed area for the better environment.

initiate the project, experience and dedicated project staff will be hired. Among the project staff, 1 Project Coordinator, 1 Admin and Finance Officer, 2 Social Mobilizers, and 1 Office Attendant will be hired for taking lead in project programming and financial matters.

? Base line survey
RDO initially conduct baseline survey to collect basic information and actual situation in the targeted UC Seri, taluka Rural and District Hyderabad. The data of baseline survey will also support in identifying and selection of beneficiaries.


? Coordination meeting with local authorities
After the mobilization and sensitization sessions with communities, coordination meetings will be organized with district authorities and line departments to share the issues of the environment in the area and sensitize them to be involved and take steps to stop tree cutting. These meeting will be organized with involvement of communities who themselves share the issues of environment in the area.

? Formation of 10 CBOs at village level
RDO will form 10 community organizations in the targeted villages. 40% to 50% female will be encouraged to participated and included in CBOs. CBOs will formed to get people involved in intervention as they will be leading to identify most vulnerable households in the area.

? Training of 10 CBOs
After formation of community based organizations, they will be trained regarding organizational development, book keeping and proper use of insolated metallic stoves in the area. 10 trainings will be conducted where all members of each CBO will be engaged. Each committee will be responsible to shoulder the intervention as soon as they get trained in creating awareness in masses regarding deforestation and environmental degradation.

? Coordination Meetings with CBOs

After Trainings CBOs, Meetings will be arrange for betterment of Activities accordingly program & Cooperation.

? Awareness and Mobilization sessions in the targeted villages
10 Awareness Sessions will be organized to aware the communities especially women in the area about environmental issues and problems. In targeted 10 villages, 25 to 30 members of community will be participating in the session. In awareness and mobilization sessions, communities will be sensitize and mobilize to plant saplings and use moveable insolated metallic stoves in their houses to reduce use of wood, cutting of trees and deforestation. Importance of plants and its benefits regarding environment and disadvantages of tree cutting will be highlighted. .

? Provision and Installation of 400 Insolated Metallic Stoves (Portable Stove)
After the identification of beneficiaries, facilitation will be given to them for making Insolated Metallic Stoves. Dos and Don?ts will be informed to beneficiaries.

? Sampling of neem Tree with Transportation
At the time of handover 400 Insolated Metallic Stoves (Portable Stove) in beneficiaries also given each one tree of neem for grow at their home

? Distribution of Insolated Metallic Stoves (Portable Stove)
After Selecting, vender & taking Stove will distributed in to indentified Beneficiaries in target area. In Distribution process, local CBOs will be involved.

At the end of project we have hire a well reputed Audit & Evaluation firm for Evaluation & Audit
