Up-Scaling of honey collection activities in Udaipur area of Rajasthan
The project envisages economic empowerment of the tribal communities through strengthening the honey value chain activities. Through the project, SAMARTHAK SAMITI had upgraded the technology accordingly sales volume of honey is increased. Through the project, distributed Honey Testing Kits to the honey producers and marketing groups, installed Blister, Packing, Filter Machine in the processing centre, Tea Bag packing machine- installed and honey collectors were trained

Inovative Financial Mechanisms
Brochures, pamphlets, display materials will be developed. Promotion will be done through Print media/ E- media. Videos will be documented.
