The SGP CPS has identified three key landscape/seascapes. These landscape/seascapes have common characteristics: higher concentration of biodiversity and various ethnic group cultural diversity; a relatively larger percentage in the demographic age composition taken by young people, lower level of education,some traditional culture maintained, poor economic development and higher percentage taken by agriculture and animal husbandry production; environment degradation due to extensive agriculture and animal husbandry production, industrialization or climate change, facing the challenge of ecological conservation and economic development.

Main problems:
1. The communities in key landscape/seascapes are facing challenge of harmonizing environmental protection and community development, however, they are lacking of self-organization and self-development capacity, new ideas and fund. The communities in different CCAs are lacking of connection, exchange and learning opportunities to facilitate communities as the main part of ecological conservation and sustainable development;
2. NGOs working on ecological conservation are lacking of capacity and theory and practice to serve community and facilitate communities to solve the conflict between conservation and development. Different NGOs are lacking of exchange and cooperation, which is to the disadvantage of explore approach of promoting the harmony between conservation and development.
3. The local government adopts top-down administration approach, which lacks human resources, fund and mechanism to support community level conservation and sustainable development. The local government lacks connection and communication and cooperation with NGOs and communities to meet communities' demand.

Solutions/activities:
1. develop curriculum on community sustainable development capacity building;
2. provide training on community sustainable development and ecological conservation;
3. support and provide guidance to communities for their development and conservation practice;
4. organize communities, NGOs and local government exchange visits and meetings to facilitate their dialogue and cooperation on landscape conservation.

Anticipated results:
1. a curriculum including theory, case studies and materials are developed and a community and NGO trainees survey analysis report completed;

3. at least 40 representatives from local government, NGOs and communities received online support and assist; at least 6 NGOs' community project received guidance; community conserved areas expanded to 1333ha.
4. at least 60 people from local government, NGOs and communities have 3 times exchange visits; at least 40 people participated dialogue meeting and a meeting report completed;
