Activities Performed under this Agreement:
1. Facilitating the strengthening of community business units
2. Accompany planning of community business units of NTFP products
3. Accompany the strengthening of NTFPs product marketing
4. Raising support from the District Government and business people for the NTFP product business unit
5. Producing media in the form of stories and photographs or films
6. Dissemination of documentation of knowledge as an example for replication
7. Facilitating capacity building of customary forest management units
8. Facilitating the preparation of documents on the application requirements for customary forest management rights
9. Support the recognition of the regional government of North Luwu District for the Hono Customary Forest
10. Facilitating social forestry proposal document


Results:

Describe to what extent the objectives of the Agreement were accomplished :
1. Establishment of a business unit to run NTFP commodity business in the Hono customary forest area
2. There is a documentation of the management of the Hono customary forest area in the form of stories and photographs or films
3. The Hono Indigenous Forestry social forest proposal document has been submitted to the Sulawesi Region Social Forestry and Environmental Partnership Center (BPSKL)

Describe the immediate benefits received by the participants and/or the recipient communities:
1. Greenhouse has been finished and it is ready for use in post-harvest coffee.
2. The fermentation tank has been completed and it is ready to be used for the cocoa fermentation process.
3. Improved knowledge and skills in processing post-harvest cocoa (cocoa fermentation).
4. Improved knowledge and skills in processing post-harvest coffee.
5. The District Government through the related Authorities actively involved Seko coffee in the exhibition event which was participated by the North Luwu District Government.
6. The district government, through the related Authorities, actively involved representatives of Hono business unit in the training (halal certification, product packaging).
7. Participatory maps related to the boundaries and zoning of the Hono customary area.

Describe long term benefits:
1. Open market access for community business unit and farmers Hono.
2. The government's recognition of the Hono customary forest area.

New Developments and unexpected difficulties/problems:

New Developments and unexpected difficulties during the implementation of the project :
? The legal product for the recognition of the Customary Law Community in the form of a Regional Regulation for the Customary Forest does not yet have a map of their customary area as an attachment.
? The indigenous people of Turong have not been willing to sign the minutes of boundary arrangement
Actions taken to solve them:
? Prepare a Decree of the Regent for the ratification of the traditional Hono area map
? North Luwu District Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) will facilitate meetings of indigenous peoples to resolve boundary issues

Remarks/lesson learned:

? Based on the results of research conducted by the Makassar Agricultural Product Industry Center (BBIHP), Seko arabica coffee is included in the specialty coffee classification. Furthermore, Seko arabica coffee will be encouraged to obtain recognition of Geographical Indications (IG) issued by the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI) Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) in the form of IG Certificates.
Indigenous people of Hono know the potential of natural resources owned, and manage them by harmonizing the use of economic values, ecological values ??and social values.
