Organic Hydroponic Farming to benefit the urban community of Mc. Knight
To contribute to food security of the McKnight Community through the production of organically grown herbs and vegetables with an aim to reduce poverty, reduce gang violence and engage youths positively.
The main objectives of this project is to:
Repair the farm infrastructure to be fully functional, including the establishment of a research facility.
Conduct a market survey among 10 businesses to determine the crops to be grown.
Commence the production of crops to suit the market requirements.
Market and Sell produce.
