Their main occupation is a farmer, cropping system and animal husbandry in the form of self-sufficiency, the way of living as a group community is along the flat area. Houaykachom is one of streams which comes from forest area Dongkapor, in rainy season is full of water but in summer water is shortage. However, there will have a deep pool inside the area which has big trees surrounding, which is the source of food like crab, fish, shrimp; wildlife: boar, muntjac deer, turtle, civet cats and many kinds of bird. Houaykachom is the forest river basin which still has abandon of natural resources. In the past, village has never been gotten any help and development, because the village is in forest and rural area, lack of fund to reach for development. Villagers lack of knowledge on sustainable use of natural resources which will lead to decline of biodiversity day by day. Therefore, the aim of the project is to help the villagers to determine forest cover and land use area as well as restriction area, promote women to participate in natural resources management
