The aim of the project is to modify the conditions of scarce and poor nutrition in numerous rural
schools located in disadvantaged areas of Argentina. The purpose is the installation of gardens bordering themschools, being these generators of self-sustainable organic food, besides having a high educational value. In this way, they are taught the "rural model", an easily replicable crop model in each household and with the capacity to become a source of food for families.
