The project result from a local CSO in Dang was outstanding for a number of reasons. The project had not only contributed in community based biodiversity conservation but was also successful in economic enhancement via organic farming. The CSO was also effective in channeling the local resources in order to construct a number of infrastructures as well.

The project was successful in establishment of a six-roomed building for biodiversity center, birds rescue centre and seed bank. The establishment of biodiversity center had aided in raising awareness on biodiversity and build environment stewardship and also eased in commemorating special days such as environment day, vulture awareness day, wetland day, agriculture day etc. With support from research grant (given to college students), check lists of birds and plants were also prepared. Likewise, establishment of rescue center had also helped in saving a number of endangered vultures. During 12 March to 15 March, 2019, an injured Himalayan Griffon Vulture was treated and rescued. During 2 June to 8 June 2020, two more injured Himalayan Griffon Vultures were treated and rescued. Similarly, during June and July 2020, an injured Brown Fish Owl and Small Indian Civet were treated and rescued.

In Buka village, local farmers used about 14.3 hectares of land to grow organic vegetable and earned USD 84,000 within a year. This has also helped in reducing chemical fertilisers and pesticides by 70% (reduced the use of DAP by 7 quintals and urea by 3.5 quintal) and 95% respectively (locals are producing 1000 liters of biopesticides.

The project was equally successful in generating a significant amount of cofunding. With the generous support from local agencies, a number of infrastructures were being built.

Lumbini Provincial government and Ghorahi sub metropolitan city supported to construct local communities for the formation of man-made Chepe Tal in Ghorahi metrololitan city-1 and 2, Buka village. It lies in the strategic location (near by Charinge Lake) and helped in irrigating their organic farm.
Divisional Forest office also supported locals to construct biodiversity park near Charinge Lake, vulture conservation, road construction (to reach the Charinge lake), booklet publication and cleaning the lake. Ghorahi sub Metropolitan city also supported for road construction.
