More then 30 individuals were engaged in the consultation period , with discussions in respect to assistance forthcoming and otherwise from government agencies doing work in the agriculture sector and their efforts to develop and distribute climate resistant crops that will reduce impacts on food scrops growing either in higher or lowland altitudes. Other faith based agencies have also taken steps to introduce food technology trainings to locals with preservation becoming an option for food security given the surplus variety of food available, as an adaptation measure during disaster and to mitigate disaster related impacts on farming.

Consultations held agreed to better and more stable engagement with relevant partners organisations working in the agriculture sector to enable trainings down to local community level to the illiterate community members, with practical trainings becoming an essential part of future trainings rather then theory based. This engagement with partners will enable access to training for more farmers.

1. Nursery Shed
? We have constructed two building of nursery shed (22 meter by 12 meter) which has half completed. (See photo) attachment A)
2. Farming Using Climate change adaptation
? 3 x Farmers has been benefited from the fund to farm bulb onion are now tip into commercialization project
? 6 x Pig Farmers who received 6 boar piglets and 6 sow piglets with 4 bags of stock feed each, this farmers used silage feed fermentation feed as substitute stuff used when excessive rains or drought spell.
? 14 x broiler farmers, each received 1 x DOC box chicks and 6 bags stock feed
? 16 x farmers received 16 bags fertilizer bags and 3 seed net bags each,

The project targets have been met. But there were few cost variances and risks involves in project progress. Grantee identified about 65 % of project recipients were sustained from their operations while 25 % were not in a stage to survive and sustain.
