The capacity building project organised learning cum review workshops three occasions- first during 28 Sept-1 Oct 2018 in Pokhara, second during 12-14 July 2019 in Pokhara and third during 13-15 April 2021 in Sauraha. A total of 134 participants including SGP project team leaders, SGP Nepal team and NSC members. The fora not only helped grantees present their work and achievements but also enhance their knowledge via cross leanings. The workshops also helped NSC members and SGP country team to understand the project status and provide possible feedback from NSC members. The other achievement of the workshop was building grantees network as well as enhancing their presentation and communication skills. During the workshop, the grantees also displayed their communication material and community products.

The project also organised financial management training to accountant of the project two occasions. (22-24 Dec 2018 and 17-19 Dec 2021).This has helped the accountant to keep record of expenditure and supporting documents. Likewise, the project also organised. A total of 40 participants benefitted from the training. Likewise, the project also organised gender and social inclusion training and Participatory Rural Appraisal one each exclusively for project team leaders and social mobilisers. These training helped participants understand gender and social inclusion status of the country and need to integrated GESI component in their respective project. PRA training helped participants the skill to behave/ mobilise local community as well as information generation for reporting. A total of 45 particpants benefitted from the training.

The project helped to carry out audit of 14 projects to understand expenditure status and manage the accounts as well.
