Promotion of innovative agroecology practices on steppe landscape
The main objective of the project is the practical application of the agroecological innovative solutions in Zaporizhya and Kherson regions to avoid land degradation. The project contributes to sustainable land management practice on steppe landscape in the communities. It supports local farmers? households and establishes agroecology demonstration sites. Project results and methodology are widely shared. In addition, the knowledge-sharing platform of local authorities, CSOs, scientists and farmers is established within the project.

Emphasis on Sustainable Livelihoods
Thanks to innovative methods of agroecology on 15 hectares in Zaporizhya region and on 13,5 hectares in Kherson region stopped the degradation of lands of the largest steppe landscapes of Ukraine.
